The Company's shares have been listed on the Growth Enterprise Market ("GEM") of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("the Stock Exchange") since 25 July 2000.

The Company and its subsidiaries ("the Group") is principally engaged in the business of the Hospital data evaluation analytics and hospital information technology system for medical data acquisition, processing and application system, sales of automobile stamping and welding parts and related mining accessories, and sales of radio trunking systems integration in PRC.
